Description: This image is part of a 3-4 part project based on the forerunners from the Halo games, this was inspired mostly from the new game Halowars which is awesome. It shows a dyson sphere type construct which is earthlike on the outside but very hostile as almost all the surface is ice, however inside is a lush utopia with its own artificial sun.
To the left you can even see one of the moons being mined for resources to build the huge thing, me thinks they will be needing some more moon. Enjoy

Would you happen to have a bigger version? I want to use it as a wallpaper if that's okay with you. A 1920x1200 is appreciated 6 months ago Ledious says: Bungie doesn't need anyone else unfortunately, he should be working for Soulfire Soft -_^

7 months ago Ortix says: Hey, i'm serious man. Your stuff is amazing. Also due to the fact that i'm a major Halo fan and i just love the forerunner stuff. Especially the fact that they are building that thing! Could you maybe tell me what you use? As in Tablet and software? I assume it's photoshop and an intuos or a cintiq.
Do you use just regular brushes to paint this? Damn.. i can't stop looking at it! You have inspired me to do this stuff now :O 7 months ago Phoenix-06 says: Hehe well if I have inspired you then I am happy, as for software yes I use Photoshop and an intuos 3 A5 wide tablet. As for brushes I do use basic round brushes but I have a lot of custom brushes I use also, textures I use a lot for the surface and to get extra detail.
